Full reporting capabilities go beyond test scoring to include comprehensive answer analysis that identifies areas of strength and weakness, allowing you to modify test questions and/or training accordingly. Our online assessment center gives you the option of customizing a unique test for each representative, through randomization of question order and answer selections. You can also choose from a full menu of test features including various question and media types, as well as feedback, review, and bookmark options.
