Stephen Pietsch is a proven leader in the pharmaceutical sales training industry whose strategic vision has driven development of customized training programs supporting the launch of multiple high-profile pharmaceutical products across a variety of therapeutic areas. As Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Steve works closely with clients and creative teams to identify competitive opportunities and develop innovative training solutions. Steve’s background in product development for Miles Laboratories, Primarius, and Whole Systems International led him to a collaboration that launched Total Learning Concepts, a Boston-based pharmaceutical sales training company. As the co-founder and strategic visionary at TLC, Steve guided development of various product-specific training programs, as well as skills-based programs addressing issues such as managed care, pull-through strategies for sales coaching, prescription drug reimbursement, and understanding the hospital environment. Steve received a BS from Loyola University and an MBA from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. He is a former deputy director for the Epilepsy Foundation of America. |
