Shaun McMahon | President

As the President of Illuminate, Shaun works directly with every project team to ensure that client goals and expectations are clearly understood and met. Shaun comes to Illuminate with over 15 years of training and development experience in the pharmaceutical, computer, and automotive industries. Prior to launching Illuminate, he worked as Director of Project Development for a pharmaceutical sales training company, where he developed training programs for many of the pharmaceutical industry's leading products. These programs utilized various solutions including workshops (pre-launch, launch, and post-launch), eLearning programs, and print-based material. As National Training Manager for Medeva Pharmaceuticals, Shaun developed training programs with Rhone-Poulenc Rorer, Adams Laboratories, Burroughs-Wellcome, and Ciba-Vision. Shaun also has insight into the participant's perspective on the sales training experience, having sold respiratory products for Adams Laboratories. While his passion lies in pharmaceutical sales training, Shaun gained valuable experience outside the pharmaceutical industry as a professional development specialist for Mercedes-Benz USA and an account executive for VERSYSS. Shaun holds a BS in Marketing and Entrepreneurial Studies from Babson College.
