Laura combines a solid clinical background and research skills with the proven ability to work in all formats, writing both clinical and skills-based workshops, print modules, online programs, assessments, DVD and audio programs. She has produced training and education materials to support pharmaceutical products and medical devices with indications in fields including oncology, neurology, cardiology, rheumatology, pain management, infectious diseases, women’s health, allergy and immunology, gastroenterology, and endocrinology. Prior to entering the pharmaceutical sales training industry, Laura served in senior marketing/ communications positions with 2 leading national managed care organizations, a pharmacy benefit management company, and a regional healthcare system, gaining valuable insight into managed care operations, hospital operations, marketing strategy, and product positioning. Her background also includes experience in healthcare journalism, working closely with physicians at regional centers of research excellence. Laura received her BA in English/journalism from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
